How do I book?
Send us a message on Instagram at @petalsnpasture, or fill out the booking form with your date, experience and group size. We'll confirm and send payment details.
Do I pay up front?
Cow cuddle sessions are paid in full when you book. VIP Days, events, weddings and photoshoots take a 50% non-refundable deposit (or you can pay in full to lock your date). The balance is due 7 days before.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Cuddles, events and weddings can be rescheduled for free up to 30 days before. Photoshoots can be rescheduled up to 7 days before. Inside those windows, the deposit or payment is non-refundable.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If we reschedule because of extreme heat, storms, rain or wind, your payment or deposit moves to your new date.
When can I book for?
We're booking from Spring 2027. We take a limited number of sessions each day and events each weekend, so popular dates go quickly.
Visiting the farm
Where are you?
We're at 250 Lower Bench Road, Penticton, BC V2A 1A8 in Penticton, BC. Cow visits are by appointment only.
What should I wear?
Closed-toe shoes you don't mind getting dirty. It's a farm, and the cows don't care about your new sneakers.
Can kids come?
Absolutely. Children must be supervised around the cows at all times.
Can we feed the cows?
Please don't feed the cows without our approval. If you'd love to help with feeding, book the VIP Day on the Farm.
How many people can come to a cuddle?
Up to 6 guests per slot. For groups of 7 or more, birthdays, proposals or longer visits, message us and we'll set something up.
Is there a waiver?
Yes, everyone signs a liability waiver before meeting the cows.
Events and weddings
How far will you travel?
Travel is free within Penticton. Elsewhere in the Okanagan it's $1.50 per km. Further afield, we'll send you a quote.
What does my venue need?
Your venue must allow animals on site, with a shaded rest area and water for the cows.
What if the cows get tired?
A handler is with them the whole time. Longer bookings include a rest break, and if a cow seems stressed, she gets a rest.
How many weddings do you take?
One wedding per weekend, so the cows are fresh and all yours.
Photoshoots and flowers
Can I book a photoshoot for my own family?
Our photoshoot rates are for professional photographers only. For family photos, book a cow cuddle and take all the photos you want.
Can the photos be used commercially?
Commercial use (ads, brand campaigns, stock) is quoted separately. Mention it when you book.
Can I buy flowers without booking a visit?
Yes. The farm stand is open [DAYS AND HOURS] during the season. You can also add a $25 bouquet to any cow booking.
